I have a Mac server, Mac Pro, HP (PC) desktop, Fujitsu laptop all attached to the same network. I purchased two My Book Live drives. One is installed on the Mac. I have not installed the other. I do not know if it is possible to install another to the Mac server or if I should install the second to the PC via the router.
I would appreciate hearing from those who have tackled the same or similar challenge.

Hi, connect both to the router, just be sure to change the names to avoid conflict, to change access the my book dashboard/settings/system/general and under “device name” change the default name on one of them. Check the link below for the steps to access the dashboard
