I am a bit rough on remotes, so I was wondering if it is possible to purchase an extra remote unit as a backup.

I lost mine, but I live in Belgium and strangely enough, I can’t order a new one trough the website as there is only delivered to certain countries in Europe. That’s bizarre, because DHL, the delivery-company, also works in Belgium.
Anyone has a solution for me?

The Belgian Ebay is not selling any remote control for the media player.
Would it be possible to let DHL deliver it to Belgium, which seems a much more logic solution than buying something second-hand?
Really, I can’t imagine that Western Digital is not able to send items to Belgium, which is like in the middle of Europe. If you can sell items here, it should be possible to offer service as well, right?

Is there a way I can program a universal remote or use a mobile app to control the device? I’ve taken the box to my parents house for the weekend but forgot the remote, doh!!
