Can WD Sync be scheduled?

It would be nice if I could task my remote workstations to sync with the offsite My Cloud Mirror II after business hours so that it isn’t slowing us down during the workday. Does anyone know if this can be done as a daily task in the device settings?

I am not aware of a setting within the NAS itself, but you could program Windows to run the app by using the Task Scheduler within Administrative Tools in the Control Panel.

I thought WD Sync constantly runs in the background of the workstation/device once it is started.
