Can upload to WD My Cloud but cant view in WD Photos

HI All, I can upload pictures from my Iphone to My Cloud app  , however when i look on WD Photos they are not theer, this is frustrating as when it worked I could view all pictures on WD Photos and click into the ones I wanted to view, as I can now only see them in My Cloud I have to go through each one manually, with thousands of pictures it takes ages!!

Any ideas?, I have already Cleared Clich on both the apps.
