Can’t log in to mac app

Hi guys,

For some reason I can no longer log into the Mac app for my wd cloud home. The app won’t let me log in when I put my email and password in and says I need to activate it by going to security and privacy settings. There is nothing at that location where I can click “allow”.

This has previously worked fine for over a year and I can still log into the web app.
