I can’t access my WD MyCloud Mirror device on my smartphone. I keep getting an error message from the WD MyCloud app saying that the device is offline. I know it’s working because I can access the device via my WiFi when I am at home using either my smartphone or my PC. So what’s keeping me from accessing it remotely?

Remote Access and Network connection failures can occur for many reasons:
ISP or Router blocking ports
Router does not support UPnP or UPnP is disabled
Computer Software blocking communications
Domain Name Resolution issues
