Can someone explain in plain English how to update the firmware on an NAS drive to work with Lion?

To the best of my knowledge:

Based on the same question asked last week to support personnel here ----  August 10th 2011 @ 9:58 AM

They are working on a patch for Lion…  The do not have an ETA yet… 

I went back to Snow Leopard and I am in the process of moving files to another external drive.

Sorry for the lame report.
