Can only connect with admin, other user not able to connect

I am new in this forum, I am Dutch pls excuse errors in my English.
Just bought WD MyCloud Ex2 Ultra and connected to Router (make ZTE H 369A).
I got WD MyCloud going, 2 users: admin and dennis.
2 shares: HarryShare for admin, and DennisShare or user Dennis.
I logout of WD Mycloud, and go to windows-explorer. Under Network I see the router and Mycloud
Under Mycloud I see the shares (folders) admin and dennis. I have access to admin and not to dennis, that’s ok.
I switch to dennis but can’t log in
Msg 'OpenFolder'
Translation of the 2nd part: ‘More connections to the server are not permitted. Disconnect all earlier connections to the server and try again’ .
I got stuck here; I can’t find an easy way to disconnect admin from the server, the only way I found was to get back to MyCloud and reboot.

What’s the proper way for ‘dennis’ to connect?

Click Start, point to Administrative Tools, and then click Active Directory Users and Computers. Right-click the user account that you want to allow remote access, and then click Properties. Click the Dial-in tab, click Allow access, and then click OK.
