I used to be able to access my drive anywhere, on my phone via cell data etc, but now if can only access my My Cloud when I’m at home on the same wifi network.
Does the NAS UI tell you that remote access is connected?
When you go to wd2go.com, can you see your device? Can you see the shares? If not, remove the device from the service, and create a new access code from the NAS UI to reregister… Do the same on each app. Make sure you have assigned a fixed IP address to your NAS on your network. Easiest way to do this is through your router UI, not the NAS UI.
