Via the webapp (https://home.mycloud.com/cloud/file) I can see my files in my home cloud. But with the app wd discovery on windows 7 on tab devices the sign in button stays disabled.
.So I can’t sign in to my home cloud device. Can someone tell me how I can solve this?
What device do you have: a MyCloud, or a MyCloud Home?
They are quite different.
