Can not open My Book after Dell remote repair

Yesterday Dell did a remote repair on my XPS 8100.  Today I can’t open My Book 2TB or my Carbonite program.

I added new pictures to my PC and did not get a blinking light to show it was backing up.  Tried to open but no luck.  It did ask for my password.  After that, nothing.

So it seems both my back up systems have been changed somehow.  Waiting for Dell to call but I need to know questions to ask so I don’t lose everything.  I have already done that too many times!

It sounds like Dell royally screwed up. Does the drive show in Disk Management and what OS are you using?
