Have backed up all files using WD Smartware. After that the PC is very, very slow and I can not open files on my PC nor on My Cloud. I get messages like corupt file etc. After removing WD Smartware I can open files.
How are you opening the files? Do you manually navigate the backup folder? Additionally, please bear in mind the backup made by WD SmartWare is not meant to be used as regular files. It’s an emergency backup to restore files to the original locations in case the original files are lost.
