Can not list the complete files

I deleted and added some media files on my cloud (3T), After about 10 hours later, I log in one APP to play these media files, but I found that only part media files was displayed , why ?

More information is needed.

What “app” are you using?
What format is the media file in?
How are you connecting to the My Cloud (DLNA, iTunes, other)?
Are you connecting locally or remotely?
Have you accessed the My Cloud Dashboard Settings > Media page and rescanned or rebuilt the media database?
