Can Not get computer to see second M2 Module

I have 2 1 TB WD Blue M2 modules. My motherboard has 2 M2 slots. It see’s the top slot M2, but not the second. I have a X370 Tiachi with the latest Bios version (3.2). Here is what my bios is saying:

I’m no genius, But I’ve been to 6 different forums, (ASROCK included) and it seems nobody can figure this out. Tell them to figure out God, space and time, and everyone has a solution. This can’t be that hard to resolve.

Do you have something in the PCIE5 slot? If so the M2_2 port is disabled. I found this in the specs on the ASRock site.

Also I noticed in the Specs under storage that board has one M2 slot that can so SATA or PCIE/NvME M2 SSDs and the other M2 slot only seems to support PCIE/NvME SSD. If this is the case only one slot would work as both your M2 SSD are SATA SSDs.
