Hi, my WD TV live hub suddenly stopped detecting Transcend 1.5tb external hard drive. This hdd is detected by my pc and laptop and earlier I used this to play movie through tv live hub but suddently its not wokring with the tv live hub! Interestingly other pen drives are detected by the tv live hub but not this hdd. Any clue or idea to solve this issue?
Try a device reset. That should sort it. It won’t mess with your files.
