Can not copy documents in my passport essential

I CAN NOT COPY DOCUMENTS IN MY PASSPORT ESSENTIAL EVEN IF IT DOES NOT ANY RESTRICTIONS IN PROPERTIES.


EVERYTIME I WANNA TRANSFER A DOCUMENT, THE MESSAGE "ACCESS DENIED" APPEARS.

I WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE YOUR HELP. THANKS!!!

What OS are you using? Windows 7 and Vista can be a pain with premissions, sharing and ownership. I had trouble after upgrading Windows 7 to SP1 and had to fumble around in there to get access.

Since you have XP is it up to date with SP3 and other critical updates?
