Can not connect with USB to my pc

As my tv hub has problems connecting to my network I want to take it to the store. (i think the network card is defect)

Therefore I want to backup my files by making a backup. So I connected the tv hub with a USB 3.0 cable to my PC

My PC doesn’t see the WD live TV hub.

Any suggestions how to solve this.

Hello. You cannot connect the hub directly to a PC via USB.

Go get a WiFi adapter.
