Can not connect to WD Cloud

Good to know the issue is solved, however it would be good to see what had happened to see if you could share the solution so other could benefit from it.

Sure thing.

I couldn’t connect to WD cloud via my browser but could see it on my network and access the files through the network.

I restarted the device and it worked. I guess that’s helpdesk101 :slight_smile: just reboot!!!
