Can not assess my cloud

When I try to assess my cloud I forgot my pssword my email address gets the error "The specified address dos not have an account associted with it.

This is the email I registered my new wireless passport?

Can you please add more information about your issue? Im confused, dont know if you have a Passport Wriless or a WD My Cloud.
