I have a 2 bay ex2ultra set up with 2 4tb reds. i can access the admin panel without problem and any of my devices can access the files. however, whenever i try to launch any of the apps from the admin profile i get an error " 127.0.1.1 refused to connect.

ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED" any advice would be greatly appreciated. ive tried multiple computers and browsers without luck
