Can no longer open files

I stored a lot of photo files on my Passport, and never had a problem opening them. Now when I try to open some, I get a “not authorized” message and when I try to open others, nothing happens and when I mouse over the files, it says “empty folder”.

We would suggest you to install WD Drive Utilities and run the test In order to understand the health of the drive.
