Can no longer access shares on EX4

Hi,

I can no longer access shares on EX4 after years of use. I have only had the NAS powered when I need to archive or retrieve files and the drives report as good also no errors are reported on the RAID5 itself, all I did was power down for a few hours then turn it back on. How can I recover my files?

Running firmware 2.12.127 and SMB1 is enabled on my windows clients, I have no issues with my other vender NAS devices.

I finally got it to let me access my shares, I had to reboot the NAS 5 times. I assume the SAMBA service failed to load?..but why? I have turned on additional logging now.
