I want to host a website without having advertisements. I’m not sure whether there is that function or apps that can do that. Does anyone know what I should do?

Do you know whether I need static IP for that? I have DDNS on my router. Does it cost anything addtional to domain cost? Will there be advertisement in my website? Do they have templates that make it easier? Thanks!
