Can I use the lifeguard software on RED product?

The RED software download page don’t include the lifeguard software? does it mean that the software is not compatible with the RED product?

I’ve current a degraded RAID 1 NAS, but the NAS firmward cannot told me which HDD failed. I need to check individually which HDD is faulty, can I use the lifeguard software on RED drive?

Hi the Data  lifeguard software will work on red drives but they can’t be in raid you have to test one drive at a time out of the raid environment
