Can I use Red plus drive to replace the dead drive in the RAID of My Book Duo WDBLWE0120JCH

Hi, the replacement drives are failing quickly. I own 2 My Book Duo and need to replace 1-2 of them annually. Seeing the Red Plus drives are slightly cheaper and I wonder if I can use the Red plus, Red pro, or just the regular Red drives for replacement.

Or it doesn’t make any sense keeping a RAID? Can I use online backup service like Backblaze and run only single drive?
