Can I use MBLD 2bay with 2 HDD in different size in RAID0

I have MBLD 2x2 with 8T HDD and 3T HDD
I wanted to ask if I can use both of HDD in RAID0?
If no, can I just use one 8T HDD in MBLD 2bay?
