I decided to make a full factory restore, may be it will solve the problems that I face, if not then it will be a good time to give away this My cloud.
Now, that I start Full Factory restore hours ago through my laptop browsers’, can I shutdown the laptop while it showing the progress ?
and if so can I open again the browser to see where it stopped ?
I don’t want to interrupt the process, just want to turn off the laptop

You can shutdown your laptop, as the “Full Factory Restore” is happening on MyCloud and not via your laptop.
All you are doing is looking at a web page on MyCloud.
When you log back onto MyCloud, you’ll just need to enter your password, if you have one setup. Then goto the web page that shows “Full Factory Restore”.
