Can I turn off while Verifying Raid Parity?

Hello there , I need to relocate my EX4 but currently it verifying raid parity is it safe to turn off ? there are no files inside I just need to move my EX4 to a different place.

Hello,

I wouldn’t recommend this, there is a chance you might have raid failure if this process is stopped abruptly.

Super late to the party here…hope you’re still around. The Verifying RAID parity process has been stuck at 81.6% for over 6 hours.
Will powering down the unit (ex4100) damage to the disks or system??
Does RAID failure mean you just have to run the RAID from the start?
