I have a MyBookLiveDuo 6TB that has served me well for more than 10 years. It died recently. Is it possible for me to take my MBLD hard disks and put it in this My Cloud EX2 Ultra device so that I can access the files?

This device is at the end of support and is no longer available. WD no longer offers spare service but replacement for the entire device (within the warranty).
Therefore, I would request you to contact/visit any data recovery center to recover your data. However, Western Digital has data recovery partners. To know more visit the below-mentioned website and choose your country region, data discovery centers lists will be populated.
Note: Western Digital no longer offers data recovery services or reimburse charges for data recovery.
