Can I stream HD video remotely with the my book live 2 TB hard drive

I travel a lot and want to be able to stream (not download) my videos from anywhere in the world with my laptop, ipad, and android phone. 

Is this possible with the my book live?  Is it possible with the my net n900 central router?  I’d prefer the my book live cause I’d like a separate router but I’ll live with the my net central router if need be.

It will really depend on your upload speed from wherever your MBL is located and your download speed from wherever you are located. Typical home internet upload speed will probably keep you from streaming HD video without significant buffering.
