Hi
I am a new WD user . Can i remote access to my WD Network Drive via WD My Cloud Apps using 4G mobile network on My Samsung Note 3 ? I tried many times but it failed to login even i have already added my Samsung Note 3 to the mobile access. I have no issue accessing to the Drive when my phone connected to the LAN wifi.
Any expert can advice me?.. Thanks in advance.
