Can I have one HD back up the other on my Dual Drive Ex2 ultra?

I want to have one 4TB drive back up the other 4TB drive but when I use the internal backup app it only shows folders, no drive destination. Is there a way to have one internal disk back up the other one? Using Mac OS and Carbon Copy Cloner as my back up app but open to use another app.Thanks
