Can i get some tips on how to organize networked media library?

I have a bunch of 1080p vids on hard drives in my pc and I finally got 1080p video streaming to the WDTV Live working.

Problem is, everything on a bunch of 4tb hdds show up as one long list when I select Media Library as the source. The way I have it set up right now is, I added each hdd to the Video Library on my pc, and set the Video Library to share over the network. Creating new folders in the Video Library in Windows 8 and moving files into those folders doesn’t affect WDTV Live, it all still shows up as one long list of files of everything I have on all hdds.

So what’s the best way to set this up?

Use a different filtering option – like “Folders” via the Green button.
