My MyCloud drive just died and my online account disappeared. The only thing on my drive that I don’t have a backup of is my pictures. I realized that I have the WD Photo app on my phone and ALL my photo are there, but I’m not sure I can take them from there and get them any place else (like the cloud or my computer). Does anyone know? Thank you. Wendy

WD photos is no longer supported. If you want to recover your files I recommend you contact a data recovery company.
