Can I connect a Drobo Gen 2 via USB to MyCLoud?

I have a MyCloud 4 TB NAS (P/N: WDBCTL0040HWT-00) and a Drobo Gen 2 USB. I was wondering if anyone know if I would be able to use the Drobo by plugging it in to the MyCloud?

Since the Drobo gen2 is just a external usb disk. It should be able to be connected to the MY Cloud. But you
are only going to be connected at USB 2 speed.
