Can I at least choose my My Cloud Home/ Duo maintenance time?

Could you please let us choose our maintenance time? When I need the files in MY purchased drive and see this, I think your constant maintenance is unprofessional.

Don’t you think that I need to access the file in my drive?

Why do you keep interfering with our usage? Is your product reliable?
