My HP Windows 10 computer is setup and is syncing. My wife’s Toshiba Windows 7 computer appears setup to sync. The Sync says it is synced, but there are no files on the MyCloud box. The foldders show there, but have no files in them.

Can you please try to reinstall the application and setup the WD Sync again on the Windows 7?
