Accessing My Cloud from Android (two different Android devices) I can connect without problem using WD MyCloud and see my public photos, however WD Photos fails during initial setup, always at 86%, with Cannot Access Device. I have tried using Port Forwarding and have removed and readded the devices to Cloud Access from the dashboard. Any ideas why this could be failing?
