Hello - I copied a folder of videos into my public share. It’s in my shared videos folder, I can see the folder on my iPhone via the app but it is not visible in the folder directory on my laptop connected to the network. I can also see individual files in the video share but not the folder I copied. Any thoughts? I have an EX4 network drive.
