Post OS5 upgrade w/ 40 sec reset. Created two new users, but the setup didn’t ask for things like email addresses as the online documentation shows it would. Did create a couple users but the page os5.mycloud.com/sessions/new keeps the sign in button grayed (won’t accept the logon). The logon asks for an email address, but none was asked for when the user was created. When I originally set up the EX2 Ultra, user credentials included a user name, email address, and password. Has OS5 gone a different direction? Why is the logon page asking for an email address to log on?
Update: Looks like the new process is to create a cloud account for admin first. Did that and was able to log on.
I’m sorry to say that the documentation is terrible when it comes to explaining how to set up users and give them access via app or web. It appears it all hinges on having set up a cloud admin account, and the inviting the other users.
