I’ve got a brand new My Book Live 2TB

It doesn’t want to play when plugged into any of the BT Home Hub ethernet ports but works fine in the GiGE port.

Bravia TV can access these ethernet ports without a problem.

Home Hub is less than a year old and I don’t currently know the version.

I can obviously live with it but I’d like to solve the problem.

Any help appreciated.

Hi, what do you mean with BT Home hub?
