Hi, we did not enable file cloud access. However, we’d like to be able to browse files from web browser (local connection within our network). Is it possible?

Accessing a My Cloud using MyCloud.com is supported using the web browsers listed below.
- Apple Safari
- Google Chrome
- Microsoft Internet Explorer
- Mozilla Firefox
Note: The Microsoft Edge browser is not supported.
