Hello all, I hope that someone can help me with the issue that I’m having.
I currently have the WD TV Live Streaming Media Player, running firmware version 1.12.14. I recently formatted my computer and installed the new version of Linux Mint 14. I then re-installed MediaTomb which I use to stream my video files over my network.
Now, .MKV files will not play anymore. I get the error “Browse error. Content not available” when attempting to play these files. However, I have tried to play .MP4 files and .AVI files and it works properly. At first I thought that the .MKV was too big to be streaming wirelessly, so I plugged in the WD TV using an ethernet cable. No luck, this didn’t work either. The .MKV files will would not play. Do you guys have any ideas of what I can do to fix this problem, it is very annoying!
