Broken in less than 12 hours?

I ask a friend to bring it from Europe (I’m in Nigeria) and the device arrive safely here. I plug it around afternoon and done the setup … and I start to make some copy. In morning I plug and HD to see if I could copy file from the HD to the Device, and the device went off line and also impossible make a RESET. I finally decide to unplug it, and now is not switching on anymore.

Please WD don’t either try to ask me to bring back to you in assistance, only in case you can provide one in Nigeria, I’m stack here.
