I updated my phone number in the Support Portal Account information. I clicked the Submit button and got a message “An error was encountered loading the page.”. “An error was encountered displaying the most recent activities.”. I tried a refresh, deleting all the cookies, and tried to view my account by logging in through different PC OS and Browser… still same error message when I click on My “Account Information”
