BRIEF survey to help us help you!

Hello from the My Cloud team!

We would like to improve the NAS experience for our users by understanding how you use your My Cloud device.

We are seeking volunteers in the United States to take a brief ~10 minute survey. To protect your privacy, any feedback you share with us about your product experience will not be linked to your contact information and will not be sold to any third parties.

We will also not retain your contact information for follow-up studies.

If you are interested, please fill in the survey below before April 15th. We hope you will join us in shaping the future of My Cloud!

Surveys can help gauge the representativeness of individual views and experiences. When done well, surveys provide hard numbers on people’s opinions and behaviors that can be used to make important decisions.

I have 2 MyCloud devices…unfortunately the older device (4TB P/N WDBCTL0040HWT -00) fails to mount after power dips. I have tried every piece of advice I could find on the net, without any luck. I can access the dashboard and with PuTTY but nothing helps! I am not sure I believe in WD anymore…not to mention the stopping of support! How must I replace 4TB worth of memories?

Why can WD not provide replacement enclosures to at least replace the WORKING HARD DRIVE with a newer OS?
