If doa out of box just deal with seller to exchange for another new one. Seems doa ro me. My drive comes on immediately with two blue leds on front. They blink for a while and soon glow solid blue. Are you sure it got charged? First video show 4 leds lit meaning full charge and second video showed none lit.
Return all parts for a new in box replacement. It could be a bad charger or cable. Whatever, it’s all bad.
