Bought a WD TV because my Live box broke. When I connect the My Passport Ultra to it, it won’t compile the library or do anything. Any suggestions?

Try resetting the WD TV and also erasing the “.wd_tv” folder on your passport.
What do you mean resetting? I deleted the .wd-tv folder like you said and it’s doing the same thing. Any other suggestions?
