Greetings, just brought a brand new essential drive, but what a surprise when I puit this to USB sock and found it is detected by smartware, but shown as offline. Have to get it connected via external USB hub since all onboard USB slots are used already, but don’t know if that does matter. So is there a solution for this situation, since switching drives selectively I find extremely uncomfortable. thanks in advance for all advices,
