Both WD My Cloud Mirror drive's LED turns on red and I cannot set up a dashboard

Hello guys.
I need a help to set up My Cloud Mirror as both drive’s led turns red I cannot even set a dashboard.
What can I do?

Hello,

Have you tried resetting the drive using the reset button on the back of the unit?

I did, but didn’t work.

THe mistake was I took off the drives and formatted it on mac jourlaned.
